Refund policy
This draft describes how the site is built today. It has not been legally reviewed. Merchant identity and support contact will be added before launch.
How refunds affect access
A full refund of a single-edition order removes access to that edition from that order only. It does not affect other purchases or a membership.
A full refund of a membership payment removes access granted through that paid period. Partial refunds are recorded and do not remove access automatically.
Disputes
While a payment dispute is open, access from that payment is paused. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, access is restored.
Cancellation
Canceling a membership stops future charges. It is not a refund of the current period.
Eligibility window
The refund eligibility window has not been decided and will be set before launch.
